Buyers can apply for a return within 7 days after receiving the product if there are quality issues or discrepancies with the description.
Buyers need to maintain the original condition of the product, including packaging, labels, and accessories.

After the product is returned, we will conduct an inspection within 3 working days of receiving the return.
If the product meets the return criteria, we will complete the refund process within 5 working days, and the refund amount will be returned to the buyer’s payment account.
